Giving you or your child the space to express, be empowered, & connect to authenticity.

Are you concerned about changes you're noticing in yourself or your child? Maybe you or your child are struggling to make friends, having difficulty at school or work, withdrawing more than usual, feeling lost, or having unexpected emotional outbursts. If you’re seeking clinical answers or looking for help in navigating these experiences, I’m here to support you.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with ADHD, autism, trauma, depression, and anxiety. My approach is centered on meeting you where you are, whether you're a parent who feels like they've tried everything, a teen who just wants to feel more understood, or an adult who is struggling to find balance after a major life change. I’m here to help you or your child find ways to feel more connected, confident, and balanced.

When it comes to therapy, my style is flexible and collaborative. I understand that every person has their own pace and their own way of processing, so I always adapt to what works for them.

I take the time to build trust and create a space where you or your child can express yourselves. Everyone’s different, and I’ll bring your or your child’s individual interests into our therapy or testing sessions. This can look like crafting, listening to music, gaming, or referencing your favorite TV show. I’ll follow your or their lead and find what kind of approach resonates, listening deeply and responding based on what’s needed in each session—which may mean offering practical tools, helping you explore emotions, or just sitting with you through difficult moments. We’ll even laugh together, because humor can make this work feel a bit more fun. For the work I do with kids, I involve parents in the process, keeping them informed through occasional check-ins, while always respecting the child's need for confidentiality. Throughout all the work we do, my goal is always to highlight your strengths and help you use them to move forward.

For those seeking neuropsychological assessments, the process is thorough and customized to you. Please visit our Testing & Assessments page for more information on this service.

I was inspired to become a clinician at a young age, when I saw the kind of help my younger brother received after being diagnosed with autism and ADHD. With this deep understanding of neurodiversity and my own experiences as a survivor of childhood trauma, I bring both clinical expertise and personal insight to our work together. I’m passionate about creating a space where neurodivergent individuals and the LGBTQIA+ community can feel heard, understood, valued, and important. I don’t wear a separate “therapist” hat—I’m real with you so you feel comfortable opening up and realize you’re not alone in your journey, especially since I am a neurospicy member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Whatever brings you here, we’ll work together to make sure you have the tools and insights you need to live a fuller, healthier, happier life.
