Helping you or your child feel heard, seen, & supported.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by your child's behavior or struggling to connect with your teen? Maybe your family is facing challenges that feel nearly impossible right now, or you’re a parent trying to navigate the complexities of raising kids while managing your own anxiety and stress. You and your partner might feel constantly at odds, despite your best efforts to get back on the same page.

I specialize in working with kids, teens, parents, and families who are ready to address their struggles head-on. Whether it’s dealing with anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, or overwhelming emotions, I’m here to offer a space where you and your family can learn to think, act, and react in new ways.

Therapy with me is flexible, tailored to you, and genuine. I believe in the power of teamwork and involve families in the therapeutic process to ensure everyone feels heard and included. Since younger children use the language of play to communicate their feelings, I’ll enter into their world using games, art, and other activities. For teens and parents, I utilize approaches focused on building rapport, improving healthy communication, and rewriting negative patterns.

This process isn’t about fixing you or your child—it’s about understanding each other and working together to bring about meaningful change. At the end of the day, I believe you are the expert on you and I am here as a partner on your journey to a greater sense of fulfillment, joy, and connection in your home and in your life.

I bring a unique perspective to therapy, having transitioned from a career in hospitality management to following my long-held passion for psychology.

After obtaining an MBA in marketing and experiencing the transformative journey of motherhood, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a therapist and have been dedicated to helping families ever since. My training in experiential, structural, and relational therapies equips me with a diverse set of tools to support your family's journey toward improved behavior, better relationships, and emotional regulation.

Let’s work together to create a safe, nurturing space where you and your family can thrive. Your story matters, and I’m here to listen, support, and guide you toward a brighter, more connected future.
