Here to help you break cycles and reignite relationships.

Same argument, different day—it feels like you and your partner are stuck in a cycle you can’t seem to get out of. It might be the one about the dishes, the kids, or you needing to go to therapy…whatever the topic, you know it’s due to something deeper going on. These days you might be fighting more than you’re not—and if you’ve gone through a big life change recently, it’s likely only made the chasm feel wider.

In therapy, we'll work together to uncover the root of these challenges. I specialize in helping adult men and couples navigate the complexities of identity, values, and relationships.  For many men, there's an underlying sense of loneliness or the pressure to ignore emotions and be "logical." For couples, the repeated arguments and lack of intimacy can leave both of you feeling distant and misunderstood—but it doesn’t have to stay this way.

Whether you're struggling with intimacy and communication, facing the stress of balancing work and personal life, or grappling with feelings of guilt and shame from difficult  interactions in the past, I'm here to help you put names to your emotions, understand what they may be telling you, and learn tangible skills that result in real change in your life.

Therapy with me is a journey towards self-acceptance and meaningful relationships. I believe in the power of self-exploration to unlock your potential, allowing you to live authentically and in alignment with what is most important to you. We will create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can embrace all parts of your identity and work towards a fulfilling life and happy, healthy relationships.

My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration.

I empower clients to embrace their authentic selves and engage with the world from a place of understanding and empathy. For couples, we will identify and break the cycle of repetitive conflicts, learning to communicate effectively and act as a team. If we’re working together individually, we'll explore emotions, develop coping skills, and empower you to take action in accordordance your core values.

I hold a Bachelors in Psychology from University of Arizona Honors College and a Masters in Family Studies & Human Services from Kansas State University. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of challenges and have training in queer affirmative mental health care, play therapy, and diverse cognitive styles.

Let’s approach what’s happening through a lens of curiosity and self-compassion, helping you embrace both your strengths and opportunities for growth.  Together, we’ll unlock your inner potential, so you can show up as your best self in all of your relationships.
