A safe, nonjudgmental space to get support with anything—yes, anything—that’s holding you back.

Many of us go through life feeling like something is missing, even when everything seems fine on the surface. Often, though, a big change comes along, and the things you did before? They don’t work like they used to. You might be here grappling with relationship issues—seemingly constant conflict, a breakup, or wondering if this is the right person for you. Maybe it’s your relationship with substances: you’re spending more and more time alone, overthinking, and using more than others know about. Perhaps you're struggling with perfectionism, people-pleasing, a chronic illness, or stress from work.

Whatever it is: you may be isolated, exhausted, and ready for something to change.

I want to offer a space where you can explore your feelings and experiences related to addiction, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and more. My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. We'll work together to uncover the core beliefs that shape your view of yourself and the world. With a renewed understanding of why and how you think & respond the way you do, you can then begin to align your beliefs with your true and authentic self.

In our sessions, I strive to create a collaborative and inclusive environment. I’m not here to just listen—I’m here to engage with you, hold up a mirror when you need one, and help you navigate the complexities of your emotions and experiences. We'll laugh, there might be a swear word or two, and we’ll confront the tough stuff together. Whatever you’re facing, I’ll be right there with you, providing the support and tools you need to move forward.

Therapy is a journey, and it’s okay if you're not ready for big leaps right now.

We’ll take it one step at a time, focusing on slowly uncovering & understanding what's happening beneath the surface. You're looking for real, lasting change, so we’ll eventually work on deeper issues, rather than just applying a temporary fix. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make the changes you want in your life. I want you to feel safe bringing anything to the table—I’ve seen a lot, and there will never be any judgment or pearl-clutching from me.

I often incorporate mindfulness techniques into my work, tailoring them to each client. This includes things like grounding techniques and mindful breathing in moments of increased anxiety or emotional activation, focusing on the present moment, meditation, and intention setting.

I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have extensive experience working in various settings, including inpatient residential facilities and virtual intensive outpatient programs. I use a combination of person-centered counseling, mindfulness, and DBT to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. Whether we’re working virtually or in-person, I’m committed to providing compassionate, effective care that meets you where you are.

Let's work together to create the change you're seeking.
